ENTER THE GAME

As a SOC team leader, you will join the Global Security teams to:

1. Lead, define and deploy the SOC roadmap, based on our business and technical risks.
2. Manage the SOC team.
3. Contribute to regular SOC activities.
4. Manage the IS supervision through detection and reaction perspectives.
5. Promote continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Coordinate and deploy SOC operational roadmap.
• Manage supervision and monitoring tools and procedures for our information system and critical assets.
• Identify, analyse and evaluate technical threats through risk assessment.
• Coordinate the investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
• Promote industrialization through tools and procedures.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents?
• Deploy security policies and procedures, and incident response plans.
• Define and promote KRI/KPI.
• Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts, ensuring continuous coverage and effective incident handling.
• Contribute to regular SOC activities, such as incidents handling.
• Work closely with other Security teams (internal fraud, awareness…) and Betclic support functions (HR? legal…).

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a SOC leader or expert.
• You possess strong strategic and organisational vision, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
• You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• And finally, you speak English fluently.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
