ENTER THE GAME

As a Junior FP&A Analyst within the FP&A Staff Costs team, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing payroll-related expenses in a fast-growing environment. You will actively contribute to optimizing reporting tools, preparing monthly and quarterly closings, and supporting the budgeting process. You will also be a vital support in communicating financial results to management and operational teams, while developing your skills in a dynamic international context.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be to:

  • Contribute to the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Support variance analysis between budget and actuals and propose corrective actions
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of management and reporting tools, in collaboration with the FP&A team
  • Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to staff costs
  • Participate in closing meetings and budgeting processes, providing accurate and analytical insights
  • Contribute to the documentation and formalization of controlling procedures
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure data consistency and understanding of results

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field
  • You have 2–3 years of experience in management control, ideally in an international environment or within HR/Staff Cost controlling
  • You are proficient in Excel (advanced level) and familiar with reporting and management tools
  • You have a good command of professional English
  • You are fluent in French
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and eager to learn and grow in a constantly evolving environment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes)
  • Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning)
  • Next, you will meet Cyrille – Head of Staff Costs, your future manager
  • You will then complete a case study on Excel
  • Finally, you will visit our Bordeaux office to meet Cyrille again, Thomas – FP&A Director and Elodie for a final HR interview.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
