ENTER THE GAME

As a FP&A Analyst within the FP&A Staff Costs team, you will play a strategic role in managing staff-related expenses and implementing advanced analytical tools. You will be responsible for producing and analyzing reports, managing optimization projects, and communicating results to management. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the formalization of best practices in management control.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be to:

  • Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual staff cost reports, ensuring their reliability and relevance
  • Conduct in-depth variance analyses against budget, propose corrective actions and monitor their implementation
  • Participate in the design and improvement of management tools, including the integration of Business Intelligence (BI) and ERP solutions
  • Oversee the collection and consolidation of HR data, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring KPIs related to staff costs, while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Take part in budgeting, forecasting and closing processes, providing strong analytical expertise
  • Work closely with operational teams and management to ensure clear and effective communication of results

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm and for an experienced, autonomous and proactive professional, capable of challenging and improving existing processes.

This job is for you if:

  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control or a related field.
  • You have 4–7 years of experience in management control, with strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some knowledge of BI or ERP tools
  • You have experience in an international environment or within the tech industry
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • You are recognized for your autonomy, initiative, and ability to suggest and implement practical improvements

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes)
  • Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning)
  • Next, you will meet Cyrille – Head of Staff Costs, your future manager
  • You will then complete a case study on Excel
  • Finally, you will visit our Bordeaux office to meet Cyrille again, Thomas – FP&A Director and Elodie for a final HR interview.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
