Playtech's Product Release Team is looking for an adaptable Release Project Manager with great communication and organizational skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Be rolling out software updates and new releases of Bingo applications.
  • Have constant communication with Product, Development, QA, and Graphic team leads for managing the product release lifecycle.
  • Coordinate licensee-related feedback and place them into the internal issue-handling processes.
  • Coordinate projects for new brand launches.
  • Be the main point of contact for Licensees related to Bingo software change requests and version upgrades.
  • Manage Bingo release-related Jira tasks and informational Confluence pages.
  • Manage licensee-specific Bingo software feature activations.
  • Deal with ongoing ITIL-based internal and external process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations specialists and developers for successful release verification and troubleshooting of staging and production environments.

  • Bring 2+ years of experience as a project manager.

  • Possess solid knowledge of the software delivery life cycle.

PRODUCT RELEASE TEAM

The Product Release Team is the driving force behind delivering innovative and diverse digital products that delight customers and their end users, with a core focus on a comprehensive web-based platform offering a wide variety of games enriched with dynamic content and supported by extensive back-office administration tools that allow customization for licensees. The team plays a critical role in supporting licensees, managing the delivery of new software versions, overseeing change management processes, onboarding new licensees, and coordinating successful network launches. In addition, the team ensures compliance with regulatory certifications while carefully managing licensees’ expectations by addressing open issues transparently and effectively. By combining innovation, precision, and reliability, the Product Release Team bridges creativity with operational excellence, ensuring every release strengthens trust with partners and elevates the gaming experience.
