We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to support, lead and drive large-scale initiatives that align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable benefits. Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, this role will be critical in driving the successful delivery of key retail initiatives across transformation, operations, and strategic priorities.

You will work cross-functionally with internal and external partners. This role requires a consistent track record in end-to-end project delivery, underpinned by strong partner management, teamwork and problem-solving skills to drive successful business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • End to end project planning & execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Lead project meetings and workshops to ensure momentum and clarity.
  • Keep all parts of the business informed on updates and progress
  • Determine measures of success and track progress
  • Partner with the Business Manager to find opportunities for operational optimisation

How you’ll do it

  • Track record of delivering cross-functional projects/programmes in fast-paced environments, ideally within retail or consumer-facing sectors
  • Exceptional communicator with proven track record to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • Insight-focused and results‑oriented, with proven data analysis expertise
  • Strong collaborator who embraces challenges with a positive, can‑do mindset
