Retail Business Insight Analyst

Your team

As a Retail Business Insight Analyst in dynamic operational team you will collaborate with business and technology teams to analyse, develop, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and optimise processes. The Retail Business Insight Analyst will play a key role in leading change across the organisation and ensuring that business needs are effectively addressed with innovative solutions.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Manage, troubleshoot and raise issues. Communicate and provide solutions to data and reporting problems.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis tasks and provide actionable insights where relevant.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects
• Present key insights to internal partners, providing a clear narrative and set of actionable recommendations.

How you’ll do it

• Proficient SQL skills and experience with large datasets and managing data.
• Excellent data visualisation and reporting skills (Looker, SSRS or similar)
• Experience in statistical analysis techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to support and assist internal partners and team members.
