ENTER THE GAME

As an Intern Service Management Developer, you will be at the heart of our operations, working with strategic tools and optimizing our ITIL processes.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your mission will be:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions around our tool suite (Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, PagerDuty, etc.).

• Contribute to the integration of new software components and the evolution of our IT tool ecosystem.

• Assist in improving our ITIL processes through innovative technical solutions.

• Conduct active technological watch on the latest trends and propose creative solutions to address our challenges.

• Provide technical support to the team on managed tools.

• Learn and apply best practices in IT Service Management tool administration and development.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

• Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Rovo, Forge)

• PagerDuty

• Scripting/Programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Powershell)

• API REST

• ITIL framework

• Automation Tools

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This internship is for you if:

• You’re in your final year of a Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac +4/5) specializing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• You have a solid foundation in at least one programming language (Python,Powershelletc.) and are familiar with REST APIs.

• You’re eager to join a fast-paced and challenging professional environment

• You have already contributed to projects using version control tools

• You’re familiar with software development best practices (testing, code reviews, documentation)

• You’re motivated to grow your collaboration and communication abilities within a team.

• And finally, you’re fluent in English (required for international collaboration).

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Claudia will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet your future manager. Finally, Claudia will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
