Description


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to monitor the work carried out by the team: tax systems of new countries, implementation of corporate requirements for opening a company in a given country, as well as the process of establishing an organization. Organize the processes of restructuring and reorganizing the Group's Companies. Organize the training process of new employees and create development plans aimed at the professional growth and improvement of employees' functions.


Responsibilities   


  • Discuss the Company’s business priorities
  • Guide the team to implement the tax systems of new countries, corporate requirements for opening a company in a given country, according to the Company’s business priorities
  • Review the best tax, accounting and corporate firms recommended by team members in a new country (if necessary, companies with experience in the gaming industry), select the best proposals and present them to the immediate supervisor
  • Propose solutions and an action plan based on the tax advice received
  • Follow the team’s process of establishing the organization; intervene as necessary
  • Monitor the team’s internal accounting of the international company and the comparisons with the reports of local accountants in the given country
  • Analyze the issues and discrepancies revealed by the external audit, present proposals
  • Have regular discussions with team members on the submission of reports from international companies; intervene as necessary
  • Optimize financial flows, taking into account the tax regimes of the companies and free cash flow
  • Monitor compliance with transfer pricing rules between international companies
  • Organize the processes of restructuring and reorganization of the Group's Companies
  • Develop development plans aimed at the professional growth of employees and improvement of functions
  • Organize the training process of new employees and coordinate professional adaptation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • 6 years of work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of accounting software is preferable
  • Language proficiency: Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
  • Accounting skills (especially tax and financial)
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Mathematical and analytical thinking
  • Planning skills
  • Ability to set priorities and complete tasks in accordance with priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
