Job Description

As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will collaborate with enthusiastic, detail-orientated and driven professionals who support the continued growth of the Business.

Working within our Finance team, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of key Business functions. You will gain knowledge and understanding of specialist areas, such as Reporting, Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support, Financial Operations Support, Regulatory and Gaming Support, and Support Services.

To support your growth, our Finance graduates receive dedicated mentoring from our management team and have excellent personal development opportunities. This includes a comprehensive study support package to enable you to progress through your accountancy qualifications.

Our unique three-year programme aims to identify and develop graduates into future Finance Managers.

Qualifications

  • 2:1 Honours degree or higher, obtained within the last two years in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Highly motivated and confident with a genuine passion for Finance.
  • Ability to work with, influence and build relationships with people across all functions and levels within the Business.
