Job title: Hybrid Creative
Location: Leeds
Overview of the role:
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Hybrid Creative who thrives at the intersection of words and visuals. Equally confident concepting campaigns, crafting copy, and shaping art direction, you’ll deliver standout work that feels fresh, joined-up, and impactful. This role is perfect for a creative who doesn’t want to be boxed in—someone who can originate big ideas, express them through compelling copy, and bring them to life visually across multiple channels.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:
Our brand’s strength lies in bold ideas, clear storytelling, and eye-catching design. As we move into a new phase—where campaigns need to not only look brilliant but also deliver measurable impact—we need a creative who can think holistically.
That means someone who can own an idea from both sides: the words and the visuals. A true hybrid. Someone who can switch seamlessly between writing a killer headline, sketching out a campaign concept, directing design execution, and pitching ideas with confidence.
By joining our team, you’ll help us create work that feels consistent, compelling, and truly integrated - pushing our brand identity forward while delivering creative that connects with audiences and drives results.
Development of creative concepts from initial idea through to execution, across campaigns, digital, social, and CRM.
Write sharp, engaging copy that brings brand voice to life while balancing creativity
with clarity.
Direct the visual side of campaigns—developing layouts, mood boards, and art direction that elevate ideas.
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and marketers to deliver integrated creative.
Confidently own briefs end-to-end, presenting concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Champion the brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Mentor and support junior creatives, providing feedback across both copy and design.
Stay curious and experiment with new formats, channels, and creative approaches.
What you’ll bring:
5–10 years’ experience in a creative role (agency or in-house).
A strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, copywriting, and art direction across multiple channels.
Proven ability to generate ideas that work across both words and visuals.
Excellent writing skills, including headlines and campaign messaging.
Strong design sensibility with confidence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience presenting creative ideas to stakeholders and clients.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact.
Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and events is advantageous.
Exposure to motion graphics, video, or photography direction is ideal.
Experience mentoring or collaborating with junior creatives is a plus.
Familiarity with content marketing and performance-led creative would be beneficial.
