About the Flutter Group Global Mobility team
Our Flutter Group Global Mobility team is a key part of our Group People function, responsible for developing and managing Flutter's global mobility strategy and operations. This includes international assignments, immigration support, cross-border talent programmes, compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions, whilst driving innovation in global mobility practices.
This job supports the delivery of global mobility programmes through the administration and analysis of assignment data and mobility trends. It contributes to case management, compliance monitoring and employee support whilst building knowledge of global mobility frameworks. Overall, the job provides administrative and analytical support to ensure effective implementation of mobility policies and processes, supporting mobile employees and business stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Case Management & Programme Support – Prepare relocation packages, coordinate pre-departure briefings, monitor assignment timelines, and provide first-line support to mobile employees on routine mobility queries.
Immigration & Compliance – Coordinate immigration and compliance documentation, support Right to Work governance processes, and complete audit and compliance review activities under supervision.
Systems & Data Management – Maintain accurate case records and mobility data across global mobility systems (Workday and Workia), ensuring documentation is up to date and in line with governance requirements.
Reporting & Analysis – Analyse global mobility data and trends, prepare standard reports on assignment status, costs and compliance metrics, and contribute to mobility policy benchmarking and review materials.
Stakeholder Support & Collaboration – Act as a first point of contact for HRBPs, regional People teams and business stakeholders on routine matters, while building relationships with external advisors and relocation service providers.
Vendor & Team Collaboration – Support vendor performance monitoring, escalating exceptions where needed, and collaborate closely with Global Mobility team members across regions, reporting into the Global Mobility Manager.
How you’ll do it
Global Mobility Expertise – Experience in global mobility, HR, or a related field, with a solid understanding of international assignment principles, immigration processes, and tax equalisation concepts.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, with the ability to monitor activities and escalate potential issues appropriately.
Systems & Data Proficiency – Experience with HR systems and case management platforms (Workday and/or Workia desirable), including the ability to conduct routine data analysis and produce reports.
Stakeholder & Client Service Skills – Proven ability to provide effective first-line support to employees and managers, managing expectations and resolving routine concerns with a strong customer service orientation.
Strong Administrative & Organisational Ability – Capable of independently coordinating administrative processes, maintaining documentation, managing multiple cases simultaneously, and prioritising effectively with a high attention to detail.
Professional Attributes – Adaptable, relationship-driven, and discreet when handling sensitive data, with a curiosity and commitment to continuous learning; a relevant qualification such as Worldwide ERC is desirable.
