Your role, your impact
Reporting to our General Manager of Marketing, you will lead a team of 10–12 and take ownership of TAB’s media investment, marketing operations and performance insight capability. You will balance long-term brand growth with short-term commercial performance, while building the systems, governance and culture required for marketing effectiveness at scale.
Specifically, you will;
- Lead media investment and buying strategy
- Shape measurement, reporting and marketing effectiveness
- Guide audience planning, segmentation and targeting approaches
- Lead agency partnerships and commercial performance
- Strengthen marketing operations and creative delivery capability
What you'll need to succeed
- Deep knowledge of paid media across traditional, digital, performance and retail environments.
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets, agency relationships and commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect media investment to customer, brand and business outcomes.
- Experience building measurement frameworks, dashboards and executive-ready performance reporting.
- Strong capability in audience planning, segmentation, targeting and first-party customer data.
- The ability to turn complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations and decisions.
- Understanding and experience in implementing automated production and media workflows.
- Strong operational, financial, project and stakeholder management discipline.
- Experience leading teams and improving processes in a fast-paced, regulated or compliance-led environment.
