Art Project Manager [Armenia]

We are looking for an Art Project Manager to drive and coordinate art production and support our quarterly planning processes. This person will work closely with the Art Director, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and in line with business priorities.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CG art production process from briefing to delivery;
• Work as a pair with the Art Director to ensure deadlines, specs, and quality standards are met;
• Manage in-house and outsource art teams and studios, including workload, priorities, and timelines;
• Own and maintain production pipelines and art roadmaps;
• Prepare and manage briefings, track tasks, and ensure requirements are clear;
• Handle client/stakeholder relationship management, including expectations, feedback, and approvals.

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in creative, content, or production environments;
• 2+ years of experience in business process management, planning, or operational coordination;
• Proven experience managing commercial content production (CG/creative/marketing);
• Strong experience with project and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Figma, Miro (or similar);
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) – able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and teams.

• Experience in ATL production or broader marketing/advertising campaigns;
• Background in GameDev products.
