Are you a people-focused leader who turns complex operations into seamless experiences? We’re looking for a Head of Chat Moderation to enhance performance, efficiency, and player engagement through strong leadership and innovation.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Lead and develop the Chat Moderation team to deliver a safe, compliant, high-quality chat experience.
  • Set and execute a clear moderation strategy; optimise tools, workflows, and automation with QA, Training, Product, and Ops.
  • Champion player protection, consistent standards, and continuous improvement; build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Deliver measurable impact across operational excellence, community satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to monetise the chat moderation function to increase revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Have a background in community engagement, live operations, or customer moderation at scale.
  • Have proven operational experience in optimising efficiency and cost.
  • Proven success in building or transforming chat moderation teams or tools.
  • Think commercially and strategically, turning insight into measurable results.
  • Communicate clearly and influence decisions across teams and stakeholders—even in high-pressure situations.
  • Lead initiatives that streamline processes, scale automation, and improve moderation quality.
  • Align business needs with technical delivery through cross-functional collaboration, champion learning, and accountability.

  • Having experience in gaming, especially in Bingo.
  • Possessing a commercial mindset with experience in identifying and delivering monetisation opportunities within community or service environments.
