As part of our Retail Operations team, you will bring the rollout to life through engaging learning experiences that drive adoption and set our retail partners up for success.
Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality training for a large-scale terminal rollout program. You will be a visible, trusted presence in the field, travelling regularly and working closely with teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective training delivery across multiple channels.
