As our Traffic Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key part in delivering world-class creative output, getting hands-on assisting with the leading and directing all work coming into the Creative Department. Working closely with the Traffic Lead and Marketing Department and all

stakeholders in the business to ensure that creative outputs consistently fulfil business

requirements. The Senior Traffic Coordinator will create detailed schedules and make sure that work is equally distributed between creative teams and Designers.

 Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Create and manage workflows and schedules.
  • Assign and prioritise tasks/projects.
  • Manage the creative team and Designers workload and deadlines to ensure work isdelivered on time.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department and provide timely communication and feedback.
  • Closely monitor tasks/projects on a regular basis in order to track progress and inform stakeholders on the status of task/projects.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the team as well as all stakeholders in the business.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings with the Head of Design and Traffic Lead.
  • Work closely with the Traffic Lead.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Traffic coordinator
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Monday.com etc.
  • Understanding of print, TV, radio and digital.
  • Project and account management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Advanced planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, precise and organized.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to understand and manage client expectations
  • Team player who can work well under pressure
  • Consistent high standard and quality of work
  • Good time management skills and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-drive, high pressure environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer orientation skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (verbal and written medium) across all levels
  • Must be deadline and target driven with good time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change


 

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Certification in Project Management advantageous
  • Understanding of print, TV, radio and digital
