As a Trading Associate, Best Practices, you will play a crucial role in managing trading operations, focusing on error management, compliance, and process efficiency. You’ll guide bet settlements and assess potential costs. You'll drive improvements in trading errors and implement actionable trading policies and guidelines that emphasize quality, process, and accountability. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and establish operational excellence for our trading operations.
Deliver on your personal KPIs while ensuring your performance supports broader company targets.
Evaluate and investigate errors to assess potential cost, determine root causes, and the likelihood of occurrence.
Address inefficiencies within creation, settlement, and pre-game/in-play processes, with clear, actionable solutions.
Act as a cross-functional partner with Regulatory and Compliance teams.
Translate findings into Incident Reports suitable for an executive-level audience.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a focus in Mathematics or a related analytical discipline preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of and passion for sports betting.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Jira, preferred.
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to deliver critical business insights quickly and effectively.
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language fluency is a plus.
