Your Role:

The Technical Writer will provide dedicated ownership of documentation strategy, quality, and prioritization; ensure consistency and scalability across all technical documentation.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Ensure the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of API and Integration documentation for company services 
• Coordinate and support the team in gathering information from subject matter experts to develop and maintain procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation 
• Define, maintain, and evolve information architecture templates and documentation structures that support scalability, compliance, and easy data migration 
• Update and maintain the Platform’s user guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with product updates and standards.
• Write clear, structured, and user-friendly release notes that effectively communicate new features, enhancements, and fixes to relevant stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation for newly developed features, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure completeness and technical accuracy.

Who You Are: 

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Highly structured and well-organized in approach and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous experience in a similar Technical Writer role is mandatory (minimum 1 year, preferably 2+ years).
• Technical background or knowledge of software development processes is considered an advantage.
