Role Overview:

This role is a critical Super Tribe role. Reporting into the Super Tribe Technology Leader you will facilitate the coordination and governance of all Super Tribe leadership team strategic initiatives. Working with the Super Tribe Lead, you will be collaborating on defining, scoping and planning key deliverables, working closely with internal and external stakeholders of varying disciplines​.

You will be contributing to the successful delivery of Super Tribe outcomes through effective planning, risk management and communication with the relevant stakeholder. 

You will manage cross-squad, cross-tribe and communication, coordinating them to ensure that dependencies are understood, and necessary tasks progressed accordingly​.

You will work closely with a variety of senior technical roles in the Super Tribe, as well as other Project Managers and Programme Managers​.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Super Tribe LT team schedule, ensuring the correct people attend the correct meetings, workshops and forums
  • Owns the overall Super Tribe narrative  
  • Drive the planning, communication, and delivery of the Super Tribe Technology strategy in partnership with the Super Tribe LT
  • Facilitate and support quarterly and annual planning processes, OKRs, and reporting rhythms
  • Support internal Super Tribe communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the Super Tribe
  • Facilitate structuring, planning and sequencing of Super Tribe strategic initiatives
  • Partner with People and Tech leadership to drive initiatives that improve team health, engagement, and performance.
  • Facilitating projects that will deliver Super Tribe strategic outcomes and non-tangible benefits contributing to the overall vision.
  • Project Risk, Issue, Dependency Management of the Super Tribe strategic initiatives.
  • Managing a variety of stakeholder expectations within all levels of the Super Tribe LT: senior management / operational / delivery disciplines through appropriate governance and reporting.
  • Preventing, identifying and proactively removing blockers to enable progress of Super Tribe Strategic initiatives.
  • Working with Super Tribe LT to ensure relevant contributions are being made and building working relationships with all areas of the Super Tribe.
  • Driving cross Super Tribe communication and coordination to ensure that dependencies are understood and well managed in order to deliver the Super Tribe outcomes successfully.
  • Ensure work is broken down accordingly to minimize dependencies and facilitate the continuous delivery of value. 
  • Utilising best practice tools and techniques to aid communication and understanding, ensuring project documentation is fit for purpose.
  • Empower and encourage the Super Tribe LT to focus on delivering value. 
  • Coordinate the specific daily activities of the Super Tribe LT
