Description
Digitain is hiring a Subwarehouse Manager to be responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless coordination of the input, storage, accounting and write-off processes for materials, goods, and equipment stored in the subwarehouse, in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations and operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store and distribute materials, goods and equipment in appropriate places
- Coordinate and control the issuance of materials according to requirements approved
- Execute accounting of material and technical values, using accounting programs (Excel, 1C)
- Keep a permanent inventory of material and technical values, using appropriate accounting programs (Excel, 1C)
- Provide periodic reports on warehouse movement and balances to Chief Engineer, according to the schedule established
- Monitor the cleanliness of the warehouse, compliance with storage conditions and safety rules.
- Support the implementation of periodic inventorization.
- Monitor the maintenance of minimum inventory levels in the warehouse and prevent stock depletion by regularly updating relevant files and timely preparing procurement requests to replenish stock as needed.
- Organize the document flow related to warehouse entry/exit operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all accompanying documents (invoices, incoming/outgoing forms, requisitions, etc.), as well as indicating the references of initial requests.
- Maintain logs of the provision and return of goods and materials, ensuring documentary confirmation of all operations, including signatures and accurate time stamps.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or Logistics.
- At least 1 year of work experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Good command of basic logistic accounting programs: Excel, 1C or other ERP systems.
- Keen attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to organize work systematically.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and discipline.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of material storage, classification, circulation and accounting procedures.
- Planning and time-management skills.
