Description
The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for supporting the Project Lead in all phases of project planning, organization, and implementation. They shall collect, analyze, and coordinate data on project progress, preparing monthly and annual reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Lead with day-to-day project operations and administrative matters
- Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and communications
- Maintain project calendars, progress and financial reports
- Support the procurement process by preparing quotes and tracking the delivery of materials
- Oversee the filing of project documents
- Support the process of budget supervision, account audit, and preparation of progress payments
Requirements
- University degree
- 2–5 years of experience in project management; experience in construction projects is preferable
- Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, Jira, etc.)
- Language proficiency (Armenian, Russian, English)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Teamwork and strong initiative
