What you will work on

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sportsbook performance analysis
• Produce recurring performance reports and dashboards
• Support the Head of Sportsbook Performance with ad-hoc analysis and investigations
• Ensure insights are clearly communicated and understood by stakeholders
• Track performance versus agreed Trading targets
• Highlight deviations, risks, and emerging trends early
• Support the maintenance and evolution of the Trading KPI framework
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across performance reporting
• Analyse margin impact, cost, and sustainability of offers
• Support offer reviews and post-campaign evaluations
• Act as a day-to-day Trading performance contact for Product and CRM on offers
• Support performance forecasting and scenario analysis
• Model expected impact of Trading changes, offers, or product initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is a plus
• 5+ years of similar experience
• Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Good understanding of sports odds
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
