What We are looking for 

As a Project Manager at Novibet, will be responsible for managing and effectively coordinating all facets of global expansion and cross-functional projects, utilizing Novibet’s tools, frameworks, and methodologies. The role also includes designing and implementing processes across multiple departments, as well as overseeing the operations of assigned live countries.

What you will work on

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects

• Define project scope, specifications, and business requirements in collaboration with all relevant departments, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control and verification techniques
• Measure and monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies
• Perform proactive risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Report project status, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of comprehensive project documentation
• Supervise operational activities for assigned initiatives or live countries, identify critical tasks, and coordinate involved teams as needed

 What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration or related fields
• 2+ years proven working experience as a project manager
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demands
• Excellent collaboration skills across different teams and departments
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, MS project)
• PMP/Prince II certification will be considered a plus
