IGAMING TEAM MANAGER
Description
Imagine Live is looking for an experienced iGaming Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within our live operations environment in Madrid.
This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive and motivated work culture.
The position is shift-based.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitoring progress and ensuring targets are met
- Provide regular, constructive feedback and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards
- Monitor team performance, including technical skills, attendance, and presentation standards
- Identify training needs and support ongoing development initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact between the team and management
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within iGaming, customer support, or live operations environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and handle challenges effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of reliability, integrity, and accountability
- Flexibility to work shifts
