Lead the charge against Gambling Addiction

We’re looking for a Solutions Team lead that will pick up the mantle and lead the charge of our 3 Solutions Specialists and 3 Solutions Engineers to shape the standard and deliveries to ensure strong and effective Responsible Gambling Solutions.

About the role

As a Solutions Team Lead at Mindway AI, you will shape and maintain the structures and processes that enable customer delivery projects to be executed according to agreed estimates, timelines, and quality expectations. Your primary objective will be to enable a balanced and sustainable workload within the Solutions team, while supporting the team in delivering ongoing customer requests on time and within scope, as well as driving progress on the Solutions development roadmap.

The Solutions team acts as our front-line engineering function, bridging customer needs with technical delivery. This includes customer meetings, delivery of smaller feature requests and analyses, ownership of larger delivery projects in collaboration with the rest of the Tech team, as well as training and demo sessions. In addition, the team continuously improves the tooling and ways of working that support efficient delivery.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead our high performing Solutions team to do their best work - define and evolve responsibilities, paths of excellence, and conduct recurring one-to-ones to ensure leadership availability and work happiness

• Apply your Technical capabilities where it’s needed most - Customer requests often come in waves, which at times can put a strain on individual developers

• Engage in project management to drive both the Solutions roadmap, as well as supporting our two Squad leads (Both Solutions Specialists) to ensure timely delivery on customer implementations and requests

• Attend customer meetings, providing leadership representation and ensure successful outcomes

• Bring calm, clarity, and structure to ambiguous challenges in a fast-moving environment, while continuing our culture that nurture autonomy, innovation and trust

Our expectations to you

• Developer experience for 3+ years, or, Managerial experience for 2+ years in a Tech company, ideally with a direct customer contact for the development team

• Experience with task and project management, good communication skills to ensure clear communication, and stakeholder coordination

• Preferably experience working with Python and SQL, but similar languages works as well

• Able to work from our office in Aarhus, Denmark

Experience with the following is an advantage

• Linear or a similar project management tool

• Data engineering / analysis work

• Software development

• Python / SQL
