Job Description

You will join our newly formed digital transformation team, where you will demonstrate expertise in facilitating discovery workshops, documenting discussions and process flows with precision. You will uphold exemplary standards in digitisation, record-keeping and version control.

You will be meticulous and driven, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset to ensure that initiatives address core Business needs and maximise value. Working within the role, you will also oversee the successful implementation of various frameworks and methodologies from scratch.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.​

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Business process re-engineering projects, particularly within a digital transformation environment.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, with formal certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing various frameworks and methodologies from scratch is essential.
  • Proficient in Agile principles and familiar with recognised project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies and the technologies that enable them.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring and reporting on the impact of process changes.
  • High proficiency in process mapping and documentation, using tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Solid understanding of documentation version control, best practices and associated tools.

Additional Information

  • Facilitating and actively contributing to discovery workshops to elicit and analyse.
  • Business requirements and processes, fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Providing comprehensive and accurate records of workshops and meetings, capturing all relevant details and key discussion points.
  • Developing and maintaining process flows and diagrams utilising BPMN 2.0 standards, reflecting outcomes from workshops and stakeholder contributions.
  • Overseeing the digitisation and systematic organisation of all process documentation and notes, ensuring accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Implementing robust version control for all documents and process flows, maintaining thorough records of updates and revisions.
  • Liaising effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver progress updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of Business processes, providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Partnering with various Business and technology teams to align re-engineering efforts with the strategic objectives of digital transformation.
