Playtech land based Casino Management System (Neon) is looking for a proactive Project Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Manage projects to install or upgrade the Neon Casino Management portfolio of products for land-based casinos globally.
• Define project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables as part of project planning and strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support successful project execution.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams, including technical staff and stakeholders; serve as the liaison between technical teams and business objectives.
• Oversee project execution from inception to completion; monitor progress and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues; manage project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders; ensure clear communication about progress and challenges.
• Deliver high-quality documentation to support projects and improve team processes.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar project management role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Are experienced delivering technology projects with a Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven track record in delivering projects as a supplier to customers, and professional in all forms of your communications to customers.
• Plan effectively, managing your own workload and communicating clearly with the team.
• Learn quickly, take initiative, and own your development with support from our training team.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet project milestones.
• Solve problems by identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Motivate teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.

Additional Information

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM 
Our team plays a key role in the project delivery of our next-generation casino management products into land-based casinos globally.  As part of the Project Management Team you’ll work closely with every team within the Playtech Neon business unit, and act as a key point of contact for our wonderful customers during project execution. Within our team, you will acquire overall expertise of Playtech’s structure and the Neon products portfolio, while never having a routine day.
