In this role you will…
Own and upgrade our football trading tools from concept through release, setting the roadmap and success metrics.
Partner with Automation teams to embed AI and machine‑learning techniques into the teams ways of working.
Drive performance improvements using data insights and smarter trader interfaces.
Collaborate with Traders, Quants and Analytics specialists to launch innovative market types and features.
Spearhead new strategies and tool releases through clear communication, demos and written guidance.
Mentor and upskill teammates, sharing best practice and fostering a high‑performance culture.
