Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs

Source potential candidates through various channels and platforms in local and international labor markets

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using company’s Applicant Tracking System

Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Organize and participate in job fairs, employer branding events, and recruitment campaigns

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Support and manage recruitment-related projects and initiatives within the company.

Main Competencies / Skills / Qualities Required

Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, or Business administration

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR/recruitment role

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software

Fluency in English — both written and spoken is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
