We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of a cutting-edge iGaming platform. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for building competitive digital products in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement product strategy based on business goals and market demands.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including post-launch support and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a strong competitive edge.
  • Build and manage the product roadmap, set priorities, and align with key stakeholders.
  • Collect, refine, and document product requirements in collaboration with business analysts and development teams.
  • Coordinate with development, marketing, sales, and support functions to ensure successful product delivery and scaling.
  • Monitor product performance using data and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and iGaming industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager (Product Owner) or similar role within the iGaming / gambling industry.
  • Solid understanding of product development processes, product lifecycle, business logic, and user-centric design.
  • The ability to think strategically and identify market opportunities.
  • Experience conducting market research and user analysis.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and hands-on experience with roadmap planning.
  • Confidence in working with analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Understanding of B2B product models and monetisation strategies.
  • Experience launching B2B products in global markets.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and product promotion strategies.
  • Familiarity with product metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
