Senior Multimedia Designer

Strategic Content Creation & Design
The Senior Designer is responsible for strategic application in their role by applying a more conceptual and strategic approach, that focuses on the broader vision of each campaign. The content and design is achieved through an understanding of the overarching objectives, aligning creative direction with stakeholder goals, and ensuring the most effective technical execution to bring ideas to life with precision and impact.

Collaboration
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as the App Store, SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, and external agencies. The Senior Designer works with stakeholders to interpret briefs, provide strategic creative input, and deliver assets that support diverse marketing initiatives including sports sponsorships, stadium branding, and online campaigns. Collaborating with senior leadership to run multiple projects in parallel, providing high-level technical oversight and ensuring seamless execution across all phases and cross departments (campaign) projects.

Team Mentorship

The Senior Designer guides team members on best work practices when working on briefs.

They share their technical knowledge and experience by supporting and mentoring the rest of the team to maintain technical excellence.

Brand & Visual Identity
Upholding and enhancing the visual identity of the brand is a core responsibility. The Senior Designer ensures consistency across all creative assets and maintains brand integrity while pushing for innovative and engaging visual communication.

Video & Motion Graphics
In Multimedia teams, they create engaging promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics for various platforms, managing the full process from storyboarding to post-production. The goal is to bring the brand to life through dynamic multimedia content.

Web & Print Design

The responsibility of the role includes participating in web design tasks and creating elements for email templates, such as headers, buttons, and iconography. For print, this includes creating collateral such as flyers and posters, ensuring designs meet project specifications and are visually appealing.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, mostly senior leadership and technical developers, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure designs align with business objectives. This includes participating in client meetings, pitching and presenting to communicate strategic design concepts effectively. This extends to managing expectations for successful campaign deliveries.

Technical Execution and Best Practice
The Senior Designer role is to introduce innovative design methodologies in alignment with ISO standards to drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with emerging tools and trends and use their technical expertise to improve content delivery and visual performance.
