THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the FanDuel Predicts Product team. You’ll be part of the team that designs and evolves the experience of FanDuel Predicts, making sure we meet both user and business needs to the highest standards. You will work with a team of talented Product Designers and collaborate closely with Product, UX Research, Analytics, Content Design, Engineering and other partners on a daily basis. This is a highly visible role that will be key to helping us deliver innovative, new features and build upon existing experiences that our customers love.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Analyzes user feedback across multiple touchpoints, collaborating with research and data teams to fill knowledge gaps and validate hypotheses.
  • Mentors and coaches others, supporting their growth and ensuring successful onboarding for new hires.
  • Participates in application review, case study and experience review, and live exercise sessions.

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of end-to-end product design workflows across platforms.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and deliver large scale, complex design projects, from discovery through execution. 
  • Skilled in collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into user-centered design solutions. 
  • Expert grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and accessibility best practices. 
  • Proficiency in applying research insights to shape features and improve usability, either through independent testing or collaboration with UX researchers. 
  • Expert at using Figma and other modern design tools to create scalable, system-driven experiences. 
  • Clear and confident communicator—able to present design rationale, advocate for users, and align teams around shared goals. 
  • Extensive experience contributing to or evolving a design system, with an understanding of how to maintain consistency across a product ecosystem. 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and context-switching across multiple priorities. 
  • Bonus: Interest or experience designing for sports, gaming, prediction markets, fintech is valued, but not required.

The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
