As a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) in Supplier Performance and Risk Management (“SPRM”), you will be Flutter’s global owner of its SPRM Framework. You will be responsible for the ongoing implementation, development and maintenance of this Framework as a best-in-class approach for managing relationships with Suppliers. On a global basis, you will ensure that the SPRM Framework is effectively implemented to help Flutter obtain optimum benefit from its relationships with third parties, while holistically managing our exposure to all forms of supplier risk throughout the supplier life cycle.
Lead:
Review and maintain the Flutter Group Global SPRM Policy (at least annually)
Develop the Policy to keep pace with desirable procedures to ensure that Flutter remains best-in-class
Lead the design, rollout and implementation of any global SPRM deliverables and change initiatives (people, processes and tools/systems)
Implement and manage SPRM Governance framework, including the relevant SPRM reporting (Committee, KRIs, supplier risk heatmaps, and other reporting metrics)
Lead and manage SPRM team reporting to role
Establish strong relationships with global cross-functional, cross-brand collaborators in developing and implementing SPRM Framework
Support other key collaborators to align to and meet the Global SPRM Policy
Monitor and recommend the approach to manage emerging/horizon SPRM risks with input from key collaborators
Serve as an SME on Supplier, including relevant regulatory requirements, industry trends, and protocols. Maintain relationships with industry peers and regulatory bodies
Support:
Provide SPRM subject matter support for Group
Support Flutter Group and Division businesses manage supplier risk as per the Policy
Support Functional, Risk and Compliance teams to meet and deliver the Policy
Support Procurement Services Director as required
Oversee:
Monitor Global Compliance with SPRM Policy
General:
Train SPRM analysts and other Flutter users in effective SPRM processes, providing materials where necessary
Assist in identifying and implementing appropriate technology for SPRM activity (e.g. Supplier Onboarding and Collaboration tools)
Develop resources for SPRM participants, e.g. templates for BR invitations, agendas, presentations, minutes, SLAs, assessments, surveys
Ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken in response to SPRM activity outcomes (e.g. remedies, supplier meetings)
Respond to relevant internal/external audits, exams and requests for information; assist with responses and corrective actions
Dotted line management of resources supporting SPRM process
Support the Director Procurement Services, as required, on any broader Procurement Services initiatives
Extensive knowledge of SPRM strategy, processes, best practice, systems and innovations, and experience designing, implementing and managing them
Experience in effectively leading teams
5+ years’ experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Strong customer service and partner management skills
Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional collaborators
Excellent communication skills with senior management, self-confident and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, flexible and innovative environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, and resilient
Open to feedback on processes and systems, actively seeking improvements
3rd level education (e.g. degree and/or CIPS qualification)
Risk Management qualifications would be an advantage
Interest in sport and gaming and/or experience in these sectors is a plus
Global role experience would be a distinct advantage
