We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead our cross-channel performance measurement and business impact team. This role is focused not just on metrics, but on shaping strategy across our verticals – sports and casino – by aligning marketing analytics with key business outcomes such as revenue, retention, and user lifetime value.
This leader will play a critical role in helping the organization compare performance across marketing channels, determine incremental impact, and provide strategic guidance to teams including integrated marketing, trading, and finance. While modeling support (e.g., MMM, attribution) will be executed in partnership with a dedicated data science team, this role will lead the business framing, interpretation, and communication of results.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2C marketing analytics, a strong commercial mindset, and a track record of working cross-functionally to influence business decisions.
Hire and mentor a team of high-performing analysts and senior analysts
Prioritize analysis work for maximal impact on stakeholder decision making and key business metrics
Collaborate with the data science team to define business requirements for attribution and incrementality models
Lead interpretation and stakeholder communication of model outputs to drive actionable insights and strategy
Partner with data science to guide how MMM informs budget allocation across channels, verticals, and key campaigns
Provide deep performance insights and strategic recommendations for our two core verticals
Serve as a key analytics partner to teams such as integrated marketing, trading, and product, helping them tailor strategies for high-impact moments (e.g., tentpole events, seasonal campaigns)
Work with data science to assess downstream value and user quality by channel and acquisition source
Partner with product, data science, and finance to ensure marketing performance is integrated with broader user behavior and financial metrics
Create top-down dashboards and insights to communicate marketing’s role in driving business KPIs to senior leadership
5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2C online business
3+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop analytics talent
Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data
Experience with attribution modeling, LTV analysis, and experimental design (execution or partnership)
Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); experience collaborating with data scientists using Python/R and statistical modeling frameworks
Ability to think strategically across business units and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations
Long-term vision for how to leverage automation and AI for improved efficiency and business performance
Experience in performance-driven and/or regulated industries such as sports betting, gaming, fintech, or healthtech.
Familiarity with tentpole campaign strategy and lifecycle-based marketing planning.
