ENTER THE GAME

As Senior Manager GenAI Transformation Programs, you will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI and Generative AI across Betclic Operations. Reporting to the GenAI Program under Group Executive Management while working closely with Operations leadership, you will help transform strategic ambitions into measurable operational impact.

You will act as a trusted transformation partner for senior stakeholders, supporting the redesign of AI-native operating models, driving large-scale operational transformation initiatives, and ensuring that AI initiatives move beyond experimentation to deliver sustainable business value.

This role sits at the intersection of AI transformation, operational excellence, organizational redesign, and change management. You will help Betclic rethink and redesign operational processes end-to-end in an AI-augmented environment, particularly across Customer Support, Fraud, Safer Gaming, Payments, and Operations functions.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Co-define and challenge AI/GenAI transformation roadmaps with Operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify, prioritize, and structure high-impact AI opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the redesign of operational processes in an AI-native or AI-augmented environment, going beyond incremental optimization approaches
  • Support the transformation of Customer Support, Fraud, Safer Gaming, and operational workflows through AI and agentic systems
  • Help business teams rethink the balance between human operations, AI systems, governance, controls, and escalation mechanisms
  • Drive the adoption and operationalization of AI-enabled workflows and agentic architectures across Operations teams
  • Build and monitor operational performance frameworks to track AI quality, reliability, productivity, and business impact
  • Ensure transformation initiatives address technology, adoption, governance, process redesign, workforce evolution, and change management dimensions
  • Support leaders in redesigning organizational structures, workflows, performance management, and upskilling strategies
  • Provide leadership teams with clear visibility on transformation health, risks, dependencies, and arbitration needs
  • Promote AI quality standards, operational robustness, transparency, testing, and continuous improvement practices
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for executives on AI opportunities, operational transformation, governance, and organizational implications
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives across Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and HR teams
  • Influence and orchestrate cross-functional teams through executive sponsorship and transformation leadership, without direct hierarchical management

This job is for you if:

  • You have significant experience in AI/GenAI transformation, operations transformation, digital transformation, or strategy consulting
  • You have successfully delivered operational transformation programs powered by AI or automation technologies
  • You are able to translate AI capabilities into concrete business value, operating model redesign, and measurable operational impact
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable working closely with operational teams
  • You have experience in transformation-oriented consulting environments such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, or similar organizations
  • You bring credibility through practical experience with GenAI, automation, or agentic AI architectures
  • You understand the challenges related to AI adoption, governance, workforce transformation, and organizational change management
  • You are capable of challenging both business and technical roadmaps while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • You possess strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
  • You are able to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • You have excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • You are comfortable operating in fast-paced and highly transformative environments
  • You are a builder and transformation leader
  • You are passionate about AI innovation and operational excellence
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elliot, Talent Acquisition Specialist, will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Arnaud, Head of Gen AI Program, followed by Jerome, Head of Gen AI Center of Excellence, Catherine, Payment and Account Management Director and Mathieu - HR Director.

Finally, Elliot will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
