ENTER THE GAME

The company is launching a strategic transformation centered around Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). The goal is to integrate and deploy GenAI at every level of the organization to enhance products, processes, internal productivity, and anticipate future technological evolutions.

As a GenAI Transformation Apprentice, you will enter a team that is focused on delivering and promoting a strong culture of AI and innovation thanks to a offer of service centered around upskilling, animation and team accompaniment on their use cases.

This team also works in close collaboration with the technical team, General Management, and external partners, will ensure that adopting GenAI drives value creation, fosters innovation, and adheres to the regulatory constraints of the sector.

Your mission will be to help this team in its mission to successfully manage to transform how employees work and deliver value.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Manage internal product

• Help the team to take the most of the internal tool we give to our employees
• Follow new features and in accordance with secu, it and legal deploy and document them
• Figure out use cases that could deliver value and work with the GenAI product manager to make them work

Support teams in being autonomous with GenAI

• Understand the needs of teams when it comes to GenAI and help them with their use cases
• Build ready to use templates, prompts and assistants to develop value
• Create and manage your own roadmap in coordination with the GenAI product manager
• In relationship with the GenAI transformation specialist, help to develop and diffuse our main assets (Academy, Newsletters, ...)

Manage our internal assets

Participate to Internal GenAI animation by helping to organise events (meetups, talks, hackathon, ...)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You pursue a Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, computer science, or a related field.
• You know the basics of project management and the associated tools (jira, confluence, notion, trello, asana, ...)
• You have hands-on experience with GenAI or data-related projects and are familiar with its tools (chatGPT, Dust, Perplexity, Make, n8n, ...), models, and ecosystem
• You have excellent writing skills in English and French, and you enjoy working on both
• You’re rigorous, organized, and comfortable maintaining documentation and standards
• You enjoy exploring tools, processes, and helping others understand how they work
• You love teamwork: you listen actively, ask smart questions, and aren’t afraid to share ideas
• Bonus: you’re into sports and/or gaming

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Following this, you will meet your future manager for a 1.5-hour discussion including a short case study. You will also have the opportunity to meet the team during a dedicated one-hour session (these steps may be combined into a single visit depending on availability).

Finally, Sébastien will conduct a closing HR discussion to review your AssessFirst results and go through your feedback together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
