Job title: Senior Manager, E-Commerce

Overview of the role: 

As Senior Manager E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategy for the PokerStars Store that enhances the customer experience, maximises engagement, and drives revenue growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including commercial & marketing teams, live events and brand — to ensure that product and apparel offerings are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. 

You will lead a team focused on optimizing the production, presentation, positioning, and sales performance of the store. 

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and implement data-driven merchandising strategies that support store objectives. 

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive promotional campaigns and customer journeys. 

• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering innovation and collaboration. 

• Manage and optimize promotional schedules, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. 

• Coordinate with third-party vendors to enhance product offerings and user experience. 

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices in online gambling merchandising. 

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations. 

What you’ll bring: 

• Proven experience in merchandising or a related role within the e-commerce industry. 

• Understanding of online gambling products and player behaviour. 

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable merchandising insights. 

• Solid knowledge of UX/UI best practices and how merchandising impacts customer experience and revenue. 

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving performance and results. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across the business. 

• Passion for gaming and entertainment, with an understanding of market trends and regulatory considerations. 

• Proficiency with merchandising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, CMS platforms, etc.).
