Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional engineering team
- Provide guidance on software design and architecture to ensure scalability and optimal performance
- Design and develop robust, distributed backend systems using C# and .NET (WebAPI)
- Drive CI/CD automation and ensure smooth deployment processes
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance
- Lead efforts in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support
- Maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing
- Foster an environment of continuous learning by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a tech leadership / lead engineer role
- Extensive experience with C# and .NET, building REST APIs with WebAPI
- Strong expertise in SQL databases and query optimization
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Hands-on experience with Docker or other relevant containerization tools
- Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and best practices
- Understanding of security principles and scalable application development
- Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing
- Knowledge of any popular JavaScript framework (such as React) is a plus
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent written and spoken English
