ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Appearance Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Appearance and Uniforms function across multiple studios, driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role oversees managers and team leaders, leads cross-functional projects, optimizes processes and stock management, and ensures high appearance standards while supporting new studio launches and business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide operational leadership to Appearance and Uniforms Managers across the assigned hubs, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, consistent ways of working and the successful delivery of new projects and initiatives.
Develop and implements strategies to improve employee appearance across the assigned studios.
Initiate process improvements and digitalization projects to increase operational efficiency, streamline workflows and strengthen stock management.
Plan and coordinate new studio launches, facilities development and other assigned projects, including recruitment, space design, procurement and execution.
Define departmental objectives, team KPIs and final bonus allocations, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Analyze team performance, sets objectives and coaches Appearance and Uniforms Managers and Team Leaders toward achieving them.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and monthly and annual performance evaluations where applicable.
Perform task-list reviews, spot checks and operational audits to ensure departmental activities are completed accurately, fully and on time.
Consolidate operational and performance reports and periodically present departmental results, achievements, risks and improvement plans.
Monitor costs, product consumption and stock performance; approve purchase requests and lead cost-saving initiatives.
Work closely with collaborating departments to obtain information on upcoming launches and reviews and approve related operational and procurement plans.
Communicate departmental objectives to Appearance and Uniforms Managers and Team Leaders and oversee their implementation

Maintain a strong working relationship with senior management, providing timely updates, operational insight and recommendations.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
Minimum 2 years in a people lead/management role within Appearance Department
English level - business proficiency
Skilled in working with excel reports, processing sets of data, stock management, purchasing, project management
Proven ability to handle complex situations while maintaining operational integrity
Proven proactivity, attention to detail and personal responsibility
