HR Generalist

The Opportunity: 

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle for our Bulgarian operation while partnering closely with managers and leaders to build an engaging, high-performing workplace. 

This is a broad, hands-on role that combines HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and people partnering. You'll be supporting both employees and managers while ensuring our people processes remain compliant, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, employment changes and offboarding.  

• Prepare employment documentation in accordance with Bulgarian labour legislation.  

• Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.  

• Produce regular HR reports and people metrics.  

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.  

• Provide guidance on Bulgarian employment law, company policies and HR best practice.  

• Support disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.  

• Conduct workplace investigations where required.  

• Help resolve employee concerns in a fair and pragmatic manner.  

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.  

• Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection.  

• Prepare offers and employment documentation.  

• Deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new employees.  

• Support managers with performance management, probation reviews and development conversations.  

• Coordinate performance review cycles.  

• Review and improve HR processes and documentation.  

• Support implementation of new HR initiatives, policies and systems.  

• Drive employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.  

• Contribute to organisational change projects.  

• Work closely with Finance, Legal and external HR providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.  

This could be ‘you’ if you can demonstrate: 

• 3+ years' experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Operations role, ideally in the iGaming industry.

• Strong understanding of Bulgarian labour legislation.  

• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.  

• Solid employee relations experience.  

• Experience coordinating payroll and HR administration.  

• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.  

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.  

• Strong stakeholder management skills.  

• Experience using HRIS systems.  

• Fluent English and Bulgarian.
