Position Overview
As a Sales Manager at SiGMA World, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue by developing strategic partnerships and securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, nurturing strong client relationships, and representing SiGMA at major international events and conferences. This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional who understands the iGaming ecosystem and thrives in building long-term, high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive participation, sponsorship, and exhibition sales across global markets.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with leading players in the iGaming industry (operators, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and strategic partnerships to maximize event and company revenue.
- Represent SiGMA at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events, promoting the brand and building new connections.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and event delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Support additional projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the ongoing success of SiGMA Group.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the iGaming, tech, or events/exhibitions industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in delivering pitches, managing client relationships, and representing the company at international events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, global organization.
