Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of products related to risk management and trading algorithms within the iGaming industry.
The primary focus of this role is to provide live traders with effective tools that support informed investment decisions while mitigating risks.
This position requires a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of risk and trading principles, and hands-on experience with live trading environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle for risk management and trading algorithm tools – from strategy to execution.
  • Collaborate with traders, risk managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product features.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the trading and risk management landscape within the iGaming industry.
  • Ensure delivery of effective tools that enhance decision-making and risk mitigation for live traders.
  • Prioritize product backlog and define clear requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data and performance metrics to guide product decisions and improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on risk management and trading tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and trading algorithms.
  • Previous experience working closely with traders and risk managers.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Travel to Armenia HQ is required.
