Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer transactions to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Identify and investigate cases of fraud, including unauthorized access, financial fraud, and bonus abuse.
• Assess risk levels of user accounts and transactions to prevent financial losses.
• Verify customer identities through document analysis and open-source information.
• Respond promptly to alerts from fraud detection and risk management systems.
• Track and escalate chargeback disputes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on fraud prevention and improving internal processes.
• Enhance algorithms and mechanisms for identifying fraudulent schemes.
• Analyze withdrawal requests, review gaming activity, and detect potential violations.
• Communicate with clients to confirm unusual transactions and prevent fraudulent actions.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 1+ years of experience in a Risk or Antifraud Manager position in the iGaming industry.
• Solid understanding of how online casinos, payments, and transactional systems work.
• Knowledge of document forgery techniques.
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changes in the external environment or internal company processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Confident PC skills.
