Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Reward Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering Rank’s reward strategy across the UK and international markets.
Partnering closely with the Reward Director and wider People team, you will provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits and recognition, ensuring our reward frameworks are competitive, compliant and aligned to our People Strategy.
Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you’ll work across the business to deliver data-driven insights, drive continuous improvement and help position Rank as an employer of choice.
