About the role:
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-backed solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting business decisions through robust reporting and analysis.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Analyze operational processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, automate, and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Proactively suggest and implement process automations and workflow optimizations.
- Support operational projects with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- (Optional/Nice to have) Use Python for data processing, workflow automation, and report generation.
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL — you should be comfortable writing advanced queries and subqueries.
- A strong passion for automation and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and business process analysis.
- Python experience is a strong plus (for data manipulation, automation, or analytics).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is plus.
