Role Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory Operations Analyst to join our busy Regulatory Operations department.

You will be supporting our SEU Operations Risk department with regulatory support through the knowledge and application of the regulations and requirements that span across the licensed jurisdictions in which we operate.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping our mission aligned.

What you’ll do:

You will use your knowledge to complement the work of our customer-facing teams, offering best-in-class service and comprehensive stakeholder management and problem-solving ability.
You will be maintaining and enhancing our regulatory controls for the operations department, the point of contact with internal teams and external parties in any regulatory operational related issues. Liaising with the product and development teams addressing any issues raised. You will work on assessment analysis of observations raised by internal and external assurance providers, and an ability to provide a detailed assessment of activities required to address the issue and maintain compliance.

Our sector is fast-paced, technology driven and highly regulated. As a result, our Regulatory Operations team enjoys the challenge of sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional work within a range of regulatory frameworks. As a global company operating across three continents, holding many international licenses and, with major growth ambitions, there are many opportunities to grow and develop in this role.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong technical knowledge base with an understanding of Group internal tools and systems

  • Superb attention to detail with a desire to fully understand how things work

  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Ability to lead and prioritise high volumes of responsibilities autonomously without delays in results and to tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with compliance, safer gambling, fraud and AML practices and regulatory requirements

  • Innovation and improvements to processes, tools, and infrastructure, sharing applicable information and knowledge with the team

  • Maintaining product documentation and processes that impact on our regulatory obligations

  • Native-level proficiency in either Spanish, French or Portuguese is highly desirable

What you’ll get:

Malta/Ceuta:

  • Discretionary annual performance bonus

  • 30 days paid leave

  • Health and dental insurance for you, your partner and your children (if you all live at the same address)

  • Personal life assurance and partial & permanent disability insurance

  • The option to join our company pension scheme

  • A personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobby

  • Competitive learning fund, dedicated 4 learning “Power Hours” every month during office time, full access to the Udemy and Mindtools platforms, in-house leadership program and many other training opportunities for developing your skills and progressing your career

  • Looking to extend your family? You will receive a cash gift of 1,000 EUR for your new addition whilst working for us

  • 26 weeks primary carer leave at 100% pay & 4 weeks secondary carer leave pay at 100% pay
