Today, we enable global investors to invest in fractional properties in Dubai ****(regulated by the DFSA), private real estate funds in Saudi Arabia (regulated by the CMA), and StakeOne, which enables users to buy full investment properties.

Lifecycle Squad
Our mission is to maximize long-term investor value and retention. Lifecycle squad focuses on the entire post-investment experience across all of Stake’s products. We empower investors to clearly understand their returns, manage and grow their portfolios, access exits and liquidity when needed, and access our tier loyalty program.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join this growing squad to help us build and scale solutions across our Saudi Arabia and UAE businesses. From discovery research to delivering high-fidelity prototypes and testing live products, you’ll work closely with Head of Product and the CPTO as part of a hybrid team dedicated to uncovering user problems and delivering innovative solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Product Discovery
- You are the voice of our customer: Conduct user interviews, review survey responses, customer comms & online reviews, and conduct usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas.
- Data and Analytics: Leverage our internal Data team, product analytics stack, and A/B platform to continuously uncover new insights and key user behaviors. You will also take ownership of our user growth targets, using data and experimentation to improve key metrics and squad goals in areas such as onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Research & Problem Solving: Investigate problems deeply by analyzing customer feedback, exploring the competitive landscape, and understanding stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with design to iterate on ideas and ensure solutions align with customer needs and best practices before moving into development.
- Product execution: You will understand our business strategy, industry (Real estatefintech/digital investments), technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in orderto produce impactful and valuable solutions.
- Feature specification: Synthesise insights from discovery and research into clear and actionable product documentation, including one-pagers, user flows, and Jira tickets. Ensure specs are concise, well-structured, and ready for design and development.
- Product delivery: You will lead a squad to iteratively and rapidly deliver productfunctionality that accomplishes pre-defined goals, including managing agile sprintcycles.
- Impact Analysis: You will analyse data to measure the impact of the features you deliver, ensuring they drive the intended user and business outcomes and identifying opportunities for further iteration.
- Product strategy
- Work with Head of Product and CPTO to define your squads periodical OKRs, with clear.linkage to how they create business impact. Own the delivery of those OKRs.
- Work together with Head of Product by defining a vision and roadmap for your area of the product, which aligns with the overall business strategy and group product vision.This is an area that will grow in importance as you settle into the company anddevelop towards a more senior position/title.
- Communicate product updates across our business and work with other departments tounderstand their requirements when delivering cross-functional business initiatives or new features that impact their day to day work.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of product management experience (product analyst, product manager, juniorproduct manager, etc.) for a fintech, technology company or other start up, across theentire product development cycle: From ideation and research to delivery andmonitoring/maintenance.
- At least 2 years proven experience with a B2C Fintech or Proptech app based product,with an understanding of financial products.
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate here.
- Professional experience using JIRA, Notion (or similar wiki), Amplitude (or similar analytics tool), and Figma/FigJam (or similar design/whiteboarding tool) for mobile and web design.
- Prior experience working closely with design and engineering teams using the Scrum framework and Agile methodology to deliver technology products and new features that create real impact.
- Naturally user centric and data driven.
- Fluent in English with strong writing skills and verbal & written communication.
- Solid understanding in the field of research: interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results.
- Able to set-up and self-serve on product analytics platforms, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data into opportunities for product improvements.
- Responsible and proactive self-starter with a clear passion for modern product management and personal development.
- Bachelors/undergrad degree in Business or STEM preferred.
