About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager – Growth to join our Product team in Sydney.
Growth at Stake is about building the systems that help more people discover Stake, become confident investors and keep coming back. This team sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Data and Engineering, creating the capabilities that connect acquisition, activation, engagement and retention into one seamless experience. Rather than shipping one-off campaigns, you'll build scalable growth systems that become part of how Stake operates every day.
You'll own the product strategy for our growth platform across attribution, experimentation, customer journeys, rewards and in-product engagement. You'll define the problems worth solving, prioritise the biggest opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Your work will directly influence how hundreds of thousands of customers experience Stake while giving teams across the business better tools to engage them.
This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems with clarity, thrives on measurable outcomes and enjoys bringing together multiple disciplines around a shared goal. We work hybrid spending 3 days in our beautiful, dog-friendly Sydney office.
What success looks like
- Build a unified growth platform that connects acquisition channels, customer behaviour and commercial outcomes through reliable attribution and measurement.
- Improve activation, engagement, retention and revenue through disciplined experimentation and continuous optimisation.
- Create configurable growth systems that Marketing, Product and Operations can leverage without relying on engineering for every change.
- Establish a high-quality experimentation framework that enables faster learning and smarter product decisions across Stake.
- Partner with Engineering and Data to build scalable, observable systems with reliable event tracking and production-grade analytics.
- Bring clarity to growth priorities by making thoughtful trade-offs and aligning stakeholders around the highest-impact opportunities.
- Reduce operational complexity by replacing manual processes with scalable product capabilities.
- Become a trusted product leader who consistently delivers meaningful customer outcomes while raising the bar for how Stake approaches growth.
You'll thrive here if…
- You have experience owning growth, acquisition, activation or engagement products with measurable business impact.
- You're highly analytical and enjoy using customer behaviour, funnel analysis and experimentation to make better decisions.
- You simplify complex problems into clear priorities and practical product strategies.
- You build strong relationships across Engineering, Marketing, Design and Data, creating alignment through influence rather than authority.
- You're motivated by outcomes, take ownership from discovery through delivery and continuously raise the quality of your work.
- You enjoy moving quickly while maintaining a high bar for customer experience, scalability and execution.
Bonus if you've ever
- Built attribution, experimentation or customer journey platforms.
- Worked in fintech, investing or another highly regulated consumer product.
- Developed growth capabilities that enabled multiple teams across an organisation.
- Used modern product analytics and experimentation platforms to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
