The function of the Bingo Executive is to be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of YoBingo.es & Yobingo.pt our Spanish & Portugal Bingo brands.

As the Bingo Executive you’ll work closely with the Bingo Manager to develop and oversee bingo operations to optimise the product’s commercial performance with focus on delivering a world class customer experience.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and consistently track commercial activities and promotional campaigns.
• Assist Customer Support and Chat Moderators with Bingo-related & casino inquiries.
• Brief design and copy teams on campaign details and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Bingo Manager to implement promotional plans and calendars, focusing on data-driven decisions.
• Manage and optimize other products and campaigns within the sites for which it is responsible.
• Analyse the performance of promotions and products, providing actionable insights.
• Support the development and execution of product strategies for Bingo across multiple brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including design, content, technology, compliance, and legal teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:

• Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on user experience (UX)
• Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Collaborative team player, comfortable with brainstorming, testing, measuring, and iterating to achieve optimal results and enhance entertainment value
• Creative mindset, always exploring innovative features that enhance customer experience and add value to the Bingo product
• Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Self-motivated and resilient, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative thinker, capable of generating ideas and driving them through to implementation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Enthusiastic and supportive team contributor, eager to collaborate and share knowledge
