About the role

We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of products within our Customer Safety domain.

This is an opportunity to own products that play a critical role in protecting customers, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving responsible gaming across evoke's global brands. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver solutions that create meaningful customer and business impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and drive product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Develop high-quality product requirements and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, risk, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Delivery to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
  • Define and monitor key product success metrics, using data and insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure effective execution of the product vision.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to product delivery and execution.
  • Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term product vision.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Customer Safety, Responsible Gaming, Betting & Gaming, or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or customer protection-related products.
  • Familiarity with modern product management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
